With each new project request, we utilize a formal Contract Review process to analyze the project details and assessment of our capabilities to assure we are a proper fit for the project.
At this time, a Project Team is assigned to your account, consisting of a Project manager, Sales Coordinator, and other Engineering support staff. Once assigned a team, this group sees your project or contract through to completion, ensuring no details are left unchecked. The project team is responsible for aspects of the project or contract to include; CAD drawings, machine and cutting CNC programs, work instructions, process travelers, pre-production meetings, and many other areas.
