Two new vertical turning lathes have been added to HMI’s equipment list. Each have ‘live’ tooling capabilities. The new additions reduce set-ups and produces circular parts/flange/funnels with increased accuracy and throughput.
The equipment additions include:
- 2015 Toshiba TUE-150 LTL, 50 HP with with 25 HP 2500 RPM live tooling. This includes a table size of 57.09″ diameter and 78″ cutting diameter.
- 2012 Doosan Puma 400 MB with turning center full wrap steady rest 1.5″ – 18″ capacity. This includes 12 Pos, 15 HP 3000 RPM live tool turret.
